​​​CONFIRMATION
The secretariat will confirm the start of the course or its cancellation due to failure to reach the minimum required number per class by 5 June.

RENUNCE
Cancellations notified in writing by 1 June will be refunded at 50%.
After this deadline, the advance paid will not be refunded.

Registrations directly in Urbino will not be accepted: for last minute registrations please contact the secretariat in advance.

HOW TO DO
Registration is carried out exclusively via the online form, which requires payment of the deposit by bank transfer.

ONLINE AUDITIONS
Some core courses and afternoon chamber music courses will require an online audition to be attended. Students will not be admitted to these courses without one. In the case of chamber music, please indicate your instrument on the application form. Please send your audio and/or video material to: corsi@fima-online.org

MORE INFORMATIONS
Those enrolled in Urbino Musica Antica courses will be entitled to purchase tickets for the Urbino 2024 International Early Music Festival at a special price.

For university accommodation, the entire cost of the accommodation must be paid without delay by 07/05/2025. After 05/07/2025 the accommodation reservation will be canceled if it has not been paid
